QUESTION: How long has the LINKuMATE network been in existence?

ANSWER:
I started one of the first SEO companies in 1996. (Arundel Net) The LINKuMATE network was part of the promotion network that was built exclusively for my clients. I stopped doing client based SEO work in 2004. The LINKuMATE network is considerably larger now than it was in 2004 but is just as effective today as it was for my clients. When I released "The Ultimate Search Engine Loophole" a few years ago, I made the network available to the public for the first time.

QUESTION: Exactly how does LINKuMATE work? I see you offer various link packages, so if I buy a 50 link slot package am I actually getting 50 links?

ANSWER: LINKuMATE uses a randomization method of distributing links. The true volume of links you can acquire is infinite because your link will never appear in the same place twice in a row. Each time a page is refreshed, the links on that page change.

QUESTION: What is a link slot and how does it work? If I buy 50 link slots am I getting 50 links in a month?

ANSWER: Let me try and explain how this works by using a statistical example.

The link capacity of the network is defined as the total number of indexed pages, which currently exceeds one half million, let's round that off to 500,000 even for the sake of this example.

Each page in the network can display a maximum of 16 outgoing links. That means there are 16 slots per page, so that brings the actual link capacity of the network to 8 million link slots at any given time.

When a customer buys a link package, say 250 link slots, each of those link slots has a chance of appearing on any page in the network at any given time. But the odds of your link being displayed increase by the number of link slots you have in your account.

Let's look at another hypothetical and say there are 50 customers in the LinkuMate network. Let' say 20 of those have a basic package which consists of 25 link slots each. Which when totaled comes to 500 link slots used.

Let's say 20 accounts were premium accounts with 50 link slots each. Which when totaled comes to 1,000 link slots used.

Let's say 10 accounts were double platinum accounts with 250 link slots each. Which when totaled comes to 2,500 link slots used.

The total number of links slots used in the network totals 4000. But we have 8 million link positions available for links to be displayed.

So each of the double platinum accounts each have approximately 6% of the used network link slots which means with approximately 8 million positions if all pages were access by a spider at one time (again a hypothetical) the approximate number of times one of the links you have assigned in your account would appear would be about 480,000 times or 6% of the total link capacity. For the users who had the premium accounts, their account each has about 1.2% of the network link capacity so using the same hypothetical scenario above, their links should appear approximately 96,000 times out of the 8 million capacity.

The numbers for the basic accounts would be about .6% of network link capacity, so one of their account links would display approximately 48,000 times.

This does not mean that's exactly how many links you would receive. The actual number will vary. It could be higher or lower as the links are displayed randomly, but over time statistical averages will play out.

QUESTION: Am I getting any static links?

ANSWER: No, your links are dynamic and always changing location.

----

QUESTION: If my links are constantly changing their location how does this help me in the search engines?

ANSWER: That's a great question and the answer was the foundation of "The Ultimate Search Enigne Loophole". See, search engines are much better and faster at finding new links, than they are in figuring out that previously found links are no longer present. New links are constantly being found much more rapidly than old links are being discarded. It's like having a constant buzz around your site.

----

QUESTION: How many sites exactly are in the LINKuMATE network?

ANSWER: Currently around 790 sites, but that number is not static as new sites are constantly being added

----

QUESTION: What is the Page Rank of the sites in the network?

ANSWER: This is not about Page Rank, I don't give a damn about Page rank. It's the most over rated metric ever in SEO. But since you asked the question, the answer is the PR ranges from PR 0 through PR 4.
But more importantly, the network has hundreds of thousands of pages indexed in Google alone.

----

QUESTION: Is this method effective in all 3 major search engines?

ANSWER: Yes, but to to give you all the relevant info, it is MOST effective in Bing/Yahoo, but still is effective in Google. Bing/Yahoo now have approximately 30% (and growing) market share so ignore them at your own peril

QUESTION: How fast and how many links will I find when I check for my sites links in the search engines?

ANSWER: First let me clarify something. If you are basing the success of ANY link campaign on how many links you find in the search engines, you are totally missing the point of a link campaign. There is only one metric that matters in any link campaign, and that is, are your rankings improving? If they are, then your link campaign is working for you, if not, then does it really matter how many links a search engine says you have? Now to answer the question. You are not likely to find many of the Linkumate links in any of the search engines. Why Not? Well the fact is, as stated above, these links are dynamic. They are present in one location one time, and then not there. They can appear anywhere in the network at any time. The fact that they move around so much is both the reason they work as search engines see them as new links, and also the reason why you won't find many listed in the search engines. And even if you did find them listed in any of the search engines, if you go to that page, your link won't be there anyway. Again, measure your link campaigns success by actual results, not the number of links a search engine tells shows for your site.
